Disabling compact view for tree view in repositories is no longer showing all files

Description

I believe this regressed in the most recent version.

In the above image you can see the diff has 26 files across many directories but it's only showing 2 of them. If I enable compact view I see all the files.

Let me know if there is any more info I can provide.

Reverting to the previous version makes it work again so this is definitely a regression in the most recent version.

@mattklein123 Can you please see if this issue is still reproducible in the tomorrow's (v2025.5.22xx) pre-release edition of GitLens?

You can switch to the pre-release edition of GitLens, by clicking on the "Switch to Pre-Release version of this extension" from the Extensions view.

If so, I am at a loss, as I can't reproduce this. Do you have a repo that I can access that exhibits the issue?

@eamodio yes this appears fixed for me in the pre-release version.
