Can't disable some AI features through `gitlens.ai.enabled`

Hi, sorry but I'm still seeing Generate commit message with GitLens inside the Source Control's dropdown menu with gitlens.ai.enabled set to false in the settings

This can be turned off by gitlens.ai.generateCommitMessage.enabled prior to 17.1.0 but I can't seem to find a way to disable it anymore

@Legend-Master That setting hides the AI UX in several places where it's visible without interaction, like buttons on certain views. It doesn't hide the context menu command.

However, if you have the gitlens.ai.enabled toggled to false, attempting to use that context menu command should result in a notification that you have disabled AI (with the option to turn it back on). So that guard should help against accidentally using it.

Let me know if that is not the case. If the command proceeds without the notification with the setting flagged false, that would definitely be a bug.

I mean, it hides the button that says the same thing, why doesn't it remove this menu bar item?

We used to have a setting gitlens.ai.generateCommitMessage.enabled that could be used to disable that menu item, and it makes perfect sense to have gitlens.ai.enabled be the replacement that disables it, I find this menu item quite annoying as it's pretty long and makes the entire menu quite wide
