Stashes view errors w/ ID already exists

### Description

The issue is that the Graph (and a few other places) were causing a mutation of the cached stashes (rather than mutating a copy) when calculating stash positioning, that also polluted the stash cache as well.

To repo, open the Graph and then try to open the Stashes view
