Recompose selected commits in Composer #4600

Description
Allow users to select contiguous commits in the graph and recompose them in Composer.
Similar to #4598 , but for specific commits instead of an entire branch of commits.
- select multiple, contiguous commits on the same branch in the graph
- right-click to open context menu
- select "Recompose selected commits"
- open Commit Composer with selected commits listed
- Allow existing commits to be auto-recomposed with AI #4599
