When narrowing the left panel, elements of the Home view overflow beyond the panel's border

Description

Steps to reproduce:

• Make several changes to the current branch of the repository.
• Open the GitLens Home View.
• Make sure the "Compose Commits..." button appears.
• Drag the panel to the left to narrow it.

Actual result:

Elements overflow beyond the panel border

Expected Result:

Elements do not overflow beyond the panel border at minimum width.
