Path is already registered error after git pull

• VSCode Version: 1.37.1
• OS Version: Mac Catalina

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Git pull on current repository
2. Wait for git pull to complete
3. Error shows: Element with id gitlens:repository():branch(<branch_name_redacted>) is already registered.

You can switch to the pre-release edition of GitLens, by clicking on the "Switch to Pre-Release version of this extension" from the Extensions view.
