Remove MCP servers setup from .gitpod.yml (#20895)

- Remove 'MCP Servers Setup' task from .gitpod.yml
- Delete scripts/install-git-mcp-go.sh
- Delete scripts/install-linear-mcp-go.sh

These scripts were used to install and configure MCP servers for the cline VSCode extension, but are no longer needed.
