Can't Add Any Channels on Elestio

Hi,

Elestio (Elest.io) includes Postiz in their app catalog. However, after setting it up, I can't add ANY channels. The results vary widely per channel:

FACEBOOK
I am taken to a Facebook-style page that reads, "Invalid App ID. The provided app ID does not look like a valid app ID." Before trying to add the channel, I logged into FB under the desired account.

X
I am quickly shown a message reading, "Could not connect to the platform."

REDDIT
I am taken to a page that reads, "YOU BROKE REDDIT!"

PINTEREST
The Pinterest login dialog appears. When I submit credentials, I am taken to a page reading, "Oops! The application has not registered a redirect URL."

LINKEDIN
I get the message, "LinkedIn: The passed in client_id is invalid 'undefined'"

I checked Elestio's firewall settings, and they have allowed what they say are the necessary ports to run Postiz. (I notice that the list doesn't include 5000...not sure whether that's relevant or not.) But they don't allow any changes in their firewall settings because I am using the "Bring Your Own VM" mode. They say I need to add any rules at my host. However, I've not added a Linode firewall to this VM yet (while testing).

Any idea what the issue could be? Could it be as simple as telling them they really, really need to add port 5000 to the config for this app?

An update: I set up another Elestio Postiz instance using Elestio's Hetzner integration, to make sure it wasn't a disconnect between their firewall and my "bring-your-own" Linux server. The results were the same. I added the necessary ports (including the ones that aren't normally needed to be exposed), and the results were the same.

So I can't use Elestio's Postiz integration because I can't add any channels. But I'd love to use it. Any ideas?
