Reconnecting channel button

Hello.

Thanks for your great application. I have 25 channels added in postiz from Facebook and Instagram. Today I created a new facebook and a new instagram page and it seems that for some reason facebook decided to change the token so the rest of the pages stopped working and the postiz logs were saying that I had to reconnect the channels.

In order to reconnect the channels withouth deleting the channel I found that you can go to the "Analytics" tab and if you click on a channel it says that is not connected and shows a link to reconnect. I did that and it worked perfectly.

However, it is not intuitive to go to "Analytics" in order to reconnect a channel. May be it would be a good idea to implement this button aswell in the "Calendar" tab. And also the possibility of "Reconnecting all disconnected channels" (don't know if it is possible) in order to avoid going one by one.
