Backup/Restore. Moving to a new machine

I am using a Docker container on Linux, and moving to a new machine.

What is the easiest way to move Postiz from one machine to another and retain all of the settings and links to Social Media accounts. If it matters, my IP address will end up being the same, so from all the Social Media accounts it (should look like nothing has changed).
