Allow deleting User Data

The ability to delete either the user or team would be really useful, as people often decide to not actually subscribe to one of the subscription models, and give them the ability to delete their account and team.

@egelhaus Hey I would love to work on this. Do you think I should just implement it in the settings with another tab called 'User'? An option to delete the user logged in?

thanks for wanting to work on this, I'd think that'd be enough, and then we have the option to add things like email or password change etc. sometime else

@egelhaus Hey I was able to finish it, ill show you how it looks in the UI incase it follows conventions before I make a PR? I used the same modal for logging out because this operation seems more serious. And I figured a settings tab for 'User' should be added incase future User related tasks get added.

This operation deletes the User Model, and then the respectice models that have a userID for cleanup, like UserOrganization, and a few others.
