Hi folks

Using latest as default image is a commonly admited bad practice with helm
Instead you can left image.tag empty and rely on appVersion in Chart.yaml (which is the case of the default starter pack when you are doing helm create).

This means you will have to update Chart.yaml in sync with new releases in the main app repo

For my case, gitroomhq/postiz-app#1079 broke my production instance because of the latest case.
