[Issue] RMB in Build Camera mode no longer brings up build palette

When you're in Build Camera mode, the right mouse button no longer lets you change what item you're building. Seems this may have broken with Mistlands.

I can exit Build Camera mode (B), then RMB to change, and then go back into Build Camera mode, but it'd be more convenient if I didn't have to.
