[Request] Read Tool IDs from config

Move the whole "String[] toolNames" to be read from config file, or at least add items to it from config.
Kind of a follow up on previous request. It would allow adding mod tools like "bucket of clutter" and "Odin's hammer" to also function with build camera.
I have already copied this repository and started messing with it on my own. but I am too much of an amateur to make a proper build of it.
