Why
give-care-mono and downstream systems need a pinned, versioned contract for GC-SDOH payloads.
Scope
- Define a versioned output contract (schema + scoring fields).
- Publish canonical fixtures (happy path + edge cases).
- Document semver policy for breaking vs non-breaking changes.
Acceptance Criteria
- Contract is versioned and documented
- Fixtures are committed and machine-readable
- Release note template includes contract compatibility
