Help: how do I get rid of the LSP warning popup?

When I edit files with some LSP warnings, this happens:

A warning notification pops up every keystroke and it makes the file uneditable.

Can you let us know the following info:

• which LSP fails?
• what does your hx --health command outputs
• can you paste the file that you were editing so that I can reproduce on my machine

I mainly edit svelte and bash files, and both lsps fail for some random reason.

I don't know how LSPs work, but this seems to reproduce the spam:
