GeoJSONLoader: Add option to generate geometry without caps

And / or add optional groups for each end cap and the sides. A sides-only mesh can be used for an illustration of an extruded polygon / line string or a visualization of something like a "fence" around a polygon. The option would also avoid internal triangulation and improve performance in these cases.
