Allow schema id to be put in the header. #139
Description
To stay compatible with the 8.0.0 Confluence release this library should also allow for setting the id in the header.
See confluentinc/schema-registry#3669 for more details. Ideally the java app used for testing is also updated, so this is also covered in the integration test and ensure compatibility with the Java clients.
