pip install -r requirements.txt

this is the issue happening
ERROR: Could not open requirements file: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'requirements.txt'

Make sure you are running pip install -r requirements.txt from the same directory where requirements.txt is located. typer is not even in the requirements, so you must be referencing another project.

Ex: If you downloaded and extracted the archive to C:\bl4\saveedit, run pip install -r requirements.txt from that location.

Note: You don't have to run separate pip install ... lines manually, just install the requirements.
