Issue with Bikes

So, when I summon a bike for the first time, it does not show up immediately. I have to restart the app, and then it will be there. This doesn't apply if you already have a bike somewhere else in the world, just when you have to summon a new one from scratch. Do you know what's going on here? Also interestingly, this doesn't apply to hovercars or boats 🤷‍♂️
