Consider isomorphic-webpack

I am looking for some feedback on https://github.com/gajus/isomorphic-webpack. I cannot announce the project prior to getting through the Rule of Three. :-)

isomorphic-webpack addresses all of the goals set in this project.

I'd be happy to work with @glenjamin (you can always PM me on IRC for instant reply) to assist with any questions and concerns.

However, I understand if your preference remains to have this a vanilla "hot-reloading" example. :-)
