npm errors out installing hiredis #3

Perhaps this is unrelated, but when I run "npm install node-inspector", the hiredis install fails, making it impossible to install node-inspector. Any known work arounds for this? I do not think hiredis is even supported on Windows, but obviously some one has node-inspector working on Windows. Thanks.
