Some stats now not working :(

I'm using this excellent addition - thanks!

However, it seems only new tickets today, and tickets solved today are working - other summary data (pending tickets etc) doesn't work. No errors, just returns 0 for all other channels - either in PRTG or when run on the command line.

Could you advise?

Hi and thanks for reporting this issue.
Just to clarify: you are using version 1.0 and GetZendeskGroupStats has worked before but recently started reporting 0 for all channgels except "tickets solved today". Correct?

I just tried downloading the release myself and executed GetZendeskGroupStats and got this result:

This correctly reflects the data from the web interface on my account.

Can you paste in the result you get when running the program from the command line and also the numbers you expected to see?

Are you seeing this error on all of your groups or only one?

It's never worked for me (I've only just installed it). Like I say, it reports new tickets today, and closed tickets today, but nothing in between.

I hope you can see what I mean :)
