Update the trusted-service schema #656
Description
The schema used for validating the JSON template returned by trusted-services and used to build the trusted-services' ui-elements needs updating, so as to remove any deprecated fields.
The JSON template used by each trusted-service needs to be updated and all the trusted-services redeployed.
