Add warning dialog before deleting projects

## Problem

Currently projects can be deleted in the manage wrapper without a warning to inform the user that this is permanent.

## Solution

Use a warning dialog to inform the user that this change cannot be reversed.
Allow the user the option to cancel this process or continue.
