Use Inverboost app instead of AlsavoPro?

Hi,

I've manage to set up the integration, however I am using the Inverboost app instead of the AlsavoPro, as I am not able to connect my heat pump to the Alsavo app for unknown reasons. When trying to connect to the heat pump the server is not responding. Any tips to how I can do this?

Hi I beleve the Zealux inverters are either compatible with Inverboost or alsavo depending on how recent they are or which model.
I presume the communication and codes are completly different between the two. Inverboost I believe uses cloud solutions (where you need to sign up, create an account, add your device to that account etc..).
Alsavo is just http communication with a remote server in between or direct local if you wish.

So if you have an inverboost device, it will not work with this Alsavo pro based method.

I am not aware of an method of integrating inverboost systems into home assistant... but I may be wrong.

Hi! Thanks for replying. It makes sense. In the meantime I found out that I could integrate the heat pump in the Tuya Smart app - so much for the time spend on this :-) This give me the possibility to start/stop the pump based on a temperature sensor in an outdoor Hue motion sensor.
