IEV data anomaly (20201217) 811-13-10 `prąd rozruchowy` is not a status but a synonym

I think `prąd rozruchowy` is not a status but a synonym. I have attached an image of the line below. As you can see it seems like `SYNONYM2` and `SYNONYM2STATUS` values are shifted to the left.
