IEV data anomaly (20201217) 704-13-08 Korean synonym is wrongly marked as "status"

As reported by @HassanAkbar :

`티에스` translates to `TS` and I think this is `SYNONYM2` of the term `time-slot`, but somehow it is placed in `SYNONYM1STATUS`
