[Enhancement] add a "latest version" link

Thank you for work.

I am coding an Ansible role able to install and configure Glowroot. And I am facing a difficulty : how to get the latest version?

My idea: It should be a great thing to a tab "Download" in your site which would be a link to the latest zip file.

With this feature, this would be easier to proceed to automatic installation.
