Describe your problem

I have two ACER B276HUL monitors (with DP and two HDMI ports). No matter how they are connected to my computer (DP+HDMI, DP+DP), GLPI-Agent only sees one monitor. Instead of WMI, it could collect the information from the Registry under Windows client, as it shows that there are two monitors. The Agent find monitor only on first DP port.

Win32_DesktopMonitor WMI Class output is intended to show all connected monitors. It seems here only one monitor is shown.

I see there're datas for the 2 monitors in registry. But as far I know, registry datas are not sufficient to be sure a monitor is really connected: a lot of datas are statically stored here even for no more connected monitors.

By now, I can only say, there's a bug on OS side. Unless you know another way to detect connected monitors, I don't see how to fix this problem.

This probably may also be a video card driver issue. You can check to update it.

I have a machine updated by SDIO. It currently runs Win 10, and I will also try it under Win11.
I have an integrated video card.
