Describe your problem

I'm trying to upgrade from version 1.13 to 1.15 on client pc's using package deploy. The update works fine and when i start the monitor afterwards it is the correct version (1.15). After a reboot of the pc the agent fails to start and says: "Only administrators can modify the install". It doesnt matter if i use the admin windows account and i install it manually after reboots it gets reverted to 1.13

My bad, we had a logon script that downloaded version 1.13
