Agent Modification: Can I remove the button - New Task?

Hello,

Is it possible to remove the button - New task, which starts the support service in the browser, in the agent (Windows version). Or at least disable the automatic creation of a screenshot when clicking on it?

Hi @Gaidaenko

If you mean the "New ticket" button, you can't disable it, at least for now. Also, there's an option in the Settings dialog that disables screen capture when clicking this button. You can set it during installation too, via installer parameter AGENTMONITOR_NEWTICKET_SCREENSHOT=0
