Bug description

Hello everyone. The following problem began: successfully completed tasks stopped being thrown into the preparation, initially everything worked, but now it stopped on its own. The task is completed, goes to the success status, but is not sent for retraining, which is why the scan does not work automatically. All checkboxes are enabled (Restrict scope to task entity, Permit to re-prepare task after run, Re-preparation of successful assignments - yes.
