Bug description

Hello,
At the end of a form, their is a delay between clicking on the submit button and the creation and redirection after. (not necessarily a problem).
But if I click several times on the submit button, it creates several tickets.

Steps To reproduce

1. Go to Assistance > Service catalog > select a form
2. Complete the form and click several times on the submit button
3. After the redirect there is several tickets created
