Define a set of queries available to a user

This enhancement tracks the case when an external user is provided with a range of queries to fetch the required data
from the gluecose system. The queries pertains to:

1. What is the platform and language implementation of a particular COSE Library ?

2. What are the features supported by a COSE Library ?

3. How many tests per feature pass for a COSE Library ?

4. Perhaps many more like this...
