some doubts and ideas in dev-session

hi, thank you very much for creating the dev session module. From dev session , there are something I am not sure.

1. how to make a new xlator in gfs.
2. in a 2*3 Distributed-Replicate volume , if create a file ,how does it choose the group of the brick ? I don't know which group it would choose . and does it consider the weight of the brick ? the reason why I ask it is that i find there has a param cluster.weighted-rebalance in rebalance .
3. I find there are a project idea RIO ? it's interesting ,when do we can use it ?
4. for disperse volume ,if the volume brick doesn't work , could we use some shell commond to combine the file from each brick and then get the health file ? by the way ,for replica volume ,it will not separate the file .
