New GlazeWM Tray application

Hi,

I just uploaded the first beta version of my GlazeWM-Tray app. It shows the current workspace in the system tray, plus other events (pause, binding mode). It shows the current workspace by the first letter/digit of the Name. The DisplayName - if exists - is displayed in the tooltip. It also allows to navigate to one of the active workspaces with the menu.

There are some GUI features planned.
