High cpu usage when a pdf is downloading

I observe a high CPU usage when a PDF is downloading.
The CPU usage is at 3% when a paper is open (synchronisation) and it increases to 50-60% when a PDF is downloading.
When several users download PDF the BlueLaTeX may overload the server.
The serveur overloading may induce timeout in the synchronisation layout.
