Add AtomOne snapshot

Add the snapshot of the AtomOne network that we could identify addresses that hold >0 PHOTON or ATONE, and how much of each.

Acceptance criteria

• Snapshot is consolidated in the independence day repo, in the same format as the consolidated Cosmos snapshot
• PHOTON and ATONE are summed into a single number
• 1 ATONE should be worth 7 PHOTON, because that's their relative value
• Accounts with 0 PHOTON and ATONE are ignored
• Delegated ATONE and PHOTON should be included
• ATONE and PHOTON in IBC should be included
