set_switch bug upon set_switch for AtMostOne #40
Description
See in particular the open/close of IndiDomeController.
in device.py, we do not check the rule inside set_and_send_switchvector_by_element_name
Hence we can end-up NOT SETTING the "other" elements to False when setting one element to active !!!
