send signals

It would be nice to have a way to forward signals
something like a command: send

my app waits for a signal SIGINT to do some cleanup work (via signals and context.Cancel)
but when you hit ctrl-C you get:
received SIGINT, stopping process (will not forward signal)

To help my self I send a kill signal to the child process outside delve so I can stop on the next breakpoint
