Description

Noticed recently that when a Reviewer leaves a review comment, instead of Approving or Requesting Changes then that reviewer is removed from the reviewers list (at least visually?) and there is no record of this in the conversation log.

This was found after updating to 1.21.11 but I have been able to reproduce here: https://gitea.com/Snappiestjack/TestingRepo1337/pulls/1
