Description

In the Gitea Projects view, the dropdown menus for Labels and Assignees do not have a constrained height. Instead of staying within the viewport with an internal scrollbar, the dropdowns expand to their full length, forcing the entire browser window to scroll.

This makes it difficult to manage tasks efficiently, especially on screens with limited vertical space or when a project has many labels.
