Trojan in Windows build?

I tried to install gost in a windows system and Windows Defender keeps marking it as Trojan horse. Wondering if this is expected since it's a proxy or if there is a legit threat.

i would assume because its a proxy, that CAN be used for evil activities, though not a trojan by itself.
