Go 1.14 support

Jsyk, this repo will need some changes to support Go 1.14.
Among other things:

• nanotime has been renamed to nanotime1
• same for walltime
• new resetMemoryDataView function
• new finalizeRef function

@mpl I just compiled the and ran wasm with go 1.14
Everything seems to be okay.

Are you sure those changes belong to 1.14? I think they might be 1.15. I haven't checked them though

I spoke too soon. I can see the missing imports now

I currently look into it, but currently cant even get a Hello World to work since it fails with panic: bad type flag when trying to load the fs constants
