Just as the title states - a plugin to block strategy boards and possibly auto delete them if the user chooses.

Ideally the plugin would allow the user to block strategy boards if they deem necessary - maybe by user or by the generated code. While some boards are useful - a large amount of meme boards can be distracting and with no way to moderate them in game, a plugin could help.
