Lost trying to set up a test server - Radius + OTP + LDAP

Hi,
I'm really just looking for an example or something to help me get started. As the subject line indicates I need to set up authentication for vpn authentication - FW -> radius -> OTP verifier -> verify user via LDAP (or internal user account would also work)

I've used the assistent to create a Radius Server application and Radius server provider. I'm not sure what the role of each is as some postings talk about creating a Radius outpost. The names really don't tell us anything about what we're trying to configure. I really don't understand why there are two Radius definitions rather than one.
I've been reading some examples people have posted and I can't figure them out
Shouldn't there be

• a definition for a Radius server
• a definition for an ldap client
• a definition for an OTP server
• config which links the radius server to the ldap client and the OTP server
