Branding assets in S3

We're setting up Authentik in kubernetes. We're trying to customize our frontend, but we've found that when using S3 storage (as opposed to filesystem storage) you can only upload flow wallpaper images, not brand logos and icons.

Our proposed solution for this is to build a docker image that contains our assets, and deploy that, but this is annoying because the docker image needs to be rebuild manually for every upstream release.

Is there a way to get the branding assets from S3 storage?

It turns out you can also link to http urls in the brand settings, which should work for us.
