Redirecting external users to an external landing page

I would like to redirect users after enrollment to an external to Authentik landing page, but expression policy on the login stage doesn't seem to do anything like I would like?

We want to prevent users from misunderstanding the "Access denied" screen due to external users not having access there: "Interface can only be accessed by internal users".

Expression policy is something like this:

But if I don't want it to prompt the user do they want to get redirected and I don't think that really works if the login stage results in the "Access denied".
