Redirect to login when not connected

Hello there,

It's been a while i'm seeing this issue and I don't find anything related anywhere, so I guess, i've missconfigured something, somewhere.

Here is my issue :

When the login cookie have been invalidated, the start page is not redirecting to the login page, i'm forced to modify the url in the url bar to be redirected to the login page.

Here is the page i'm getting when the login cookie is not present and i'm refreshing the page :

and it's loading indefinitely.

My question is this one : Is this an expected feature ?
